Command Tower ("we", "us", or "our") operates this website and the Commander game-tracking features described on the home page. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Information we collect
- Account data. When you sign in (for example with Google or email), our authentication provider processes your credentials. We store an account identifier and basic profile fields needed to run the app (such as display name and optional profile image).
- Pod and game data. Information you submit while using the service, including room names, roster details, game results, and optional notes you choose to enter.
- Technical data. Standard server and security logs may include IP address, browser type, timestamps, and similar diagnostic data as handled by our hosting and database providers.
- Cookies and local storage. We use cookies or similar technologies as needed to keep you signed in and to remember preferences (such as theme).
- Analytics. We may use privacy-oriented product analytics (for example Vercel Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic and reliability. Such tools are configured to avoid invasive cross-site tracking.
How we use information
We use the information above only to:
- Provide, operate, and improve Command Tower;
- Authenticate you and prevent abuse;
- Respond to support requests when you contact us.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for third-party marketing.
Service providers
We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to host the application and store data (for example database and authentication services). Those providers process data on our instructions and under their own terms and privacy policies.
Retention
We keep information for as long as your account exists and as needed to provide the service. You may delete rooms or leave pods where the product allows it; some records may be retained as required for integrity of shared spaces or by law.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
Your choices
- You may review or update certain profile information in the app where supported.
- You may sign out at any time.
- Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us if you wish to exercise those rights and we will respond as required by law.
Children
Command Tower is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
International users
If you access the service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries where privacy laws may differ.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
